Maybe it’s my affinity for strong flavors in general: I love spices, I love garlic, I love ginger. Maybe it’s the fact that I’m getting older or maybe it’s that cutting sugar out of your diet makes room to explore lots of new flavors. Whatever it is, I like me some sauerkraut and some anchovies.
